Deb Earley

  • Position: Case Manager - NOMS CF03 Project

Deb joined the RECOOP team in April 2017 to work on the NOMS CF03 Project.  Previously she had worked for the charity Tomorrow’s People, which aims to help people back into work after a break in employment.  She also worked at HMP Exeter and HMP Dartmoor as a tutor, delivering such courses as Social & Life Skills, Career Planning, Literacy and Numeracy.  Whilst there, she developed an interest in the resettlement aspect of the individual’s journey and so is very enthusiastic about developing and aiding their progress by using the holistic approach to address areas of strengths and to provide support measures when required.

Deb had also worked on the Government Work Programme as an adviser and a tutor and this has given her valuable insight into the obstacles which can be faced by customers when returning to the work place.
